My Background

My god given gift along with some formal training.   Paintings are meditation, my outlet to escape the stresses of daily life.  As a child I had a dream of being known as an artist, and in 2020 at age 44 I finally decided to start putting my creations on display.

Most of my recent works are contemporary abstract acrylic on canvas, however I have worked in a variety of styles & mediums.  I believe that working in a single medium or style is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.

My paintings are the reflection of my everyday experiences and emotions, driven by music, memories, moods.  While any experience can be the inspiration, there is a connection between the brush strokes and my subconscious that is unexplainable.
